We just want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for a job well done. We know the monumental task — the room had been taken down by myself and stored for a year — you took on putting up our three-season room and cannot begin to thank you enough for the outstanding job especially the follow-up work. Although the follow-ups were minor things not foreseen you immediately came out after I called you and made the corrections. Even the things you did not have to correct you volunteered to come out and make better. This type of service is very rare if non-existent in today’s business world.

If anyone wants to call us and discuss our experience with your company they are more than welcome to do so. I know many people will travel trailers that have had three-season rooms added with nothing but troubles after and no response from their installers. That was never the case with you.
